Certified Occupational Therapist

Aspire Therapies, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Tennessee to join our growing pediatric occupational therapy clinic in Memphis. We welcome both experienced OTs and recent graduates with a passion for pediatrics.

The successful candidate will provide direct patient care, including evaluating, assigning goals, and treating patients, as well as managing treatment plans carried out by Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

About Aspire Therapies

We are a small, family-owned pediatric occupational therapy practice in Bartlett, TN. Our clinic provides services for children with autism (Levels 1–3), Down syndrome, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and developmental delays.

All therapy is provided in a clinic setting for safety and consistency, with occasional visits to local daycare centers as needed. Aspire is proud to be a pediatric therapy clinic accepting insurance, which helps make services accessible for families.

Our practice is led by an OTR/L and supported by four experienced COTAs. We value empathy, flexibility, and treating employees like family. Staff enjoy daily communication with the owner and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate treatment of patients with emotional, physical, or developmental disabilities.
  • Evaluate patients, assign therapy goals, and provide or oversee treatments.
  • Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in the company’s EHR system.
  • Submit billable notes within 36 hours of treatment.
  • Maintain an accurate schedule within the company calendar.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to support children’s growth.
  • Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment.
  • Travel to treat children in local daycare settings when necessary (minimal, as scheduling prioritizes the Bartlett clinic).

Qualifications

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Tennessee.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, caregivers, and professionals.
  • Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • Passion for helping and motivating children in our community.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $70,000–$80,000 per year.
